Risks mastering is nowadays a quality unavoidable stake, as international standardization bodies have well understood: thus the release 2015 of ISO 9001 standard emphazises on this capital thematics.
2015 standard release is under achievement. Companies should be prepared to comply with this new release. Many of them are settling approaches of risks mastering for their own risks.

As of 1994, JFMS working days regularly gather on a biannual basis confirmed searchers, consultants or engineers used to reliability or risk analysis applied to materials, structures and workmanship. These working days under GiS MRGenCi authority, privilege methodological developments to characterize and treat the uncertainty.
Besides traditionnal WK days topics, 2016 JFMS issue, organized by Lorraine University in the new Mines Nancy School premises provide a new topic dedicated to hazards of natural or anthropic origin evaluation as well as workmanship and territories vulnerability to these hazards evaluation.

Questions linked to future tensions in water management related to climate changes and water usage 2050 from now, including hydrologic and climatic studies as well as social sciences background. Studies will concern various regional scales in Europe and the mediterranean basin.
Gathering of these topics within a same demonstration aims at permitting a multidisciplinary dialogue between climatic and hydrologic analysis, socio-economic analysis and thoughts on water crisis dynamic. This working day is included in the frame of COP21 to be held in Paris in December 2015, but intends to broaden the thought beyond this limit..
Nowadays it is known that climate changes will impact upon our living modes at various terms depending upon considered risks. It is essential to wonder about economic, technologic and societal solutions to settle along with the climate changes in order to lower the impact of man activities on climatic change..
This working day will gather various actors of public action (national bodies, non governmental organizations, expert institutions, learned societies, associations)
The morning interventions and debates will concern economic levers and public policies of climate change, possibilities and limits as well as opportunities and difficulties encontered in the building of a common "story of the future".
In the afternoon will be considered the carbon and compounds cycle.. Three round tables will be constituted to deal with concrete application fields: soil utilization (agriculture, breeding) face to feeding safety stakes, actions in forests management and wood manufacturing and finally the CO2 separation, storage and valorization.

Masterize your systems and projects complexity
Industrial organisations are more and more in trouble with masterizing their system complexity. Insufficient matureness of integration processes and cycling working are often cause of these problems. System Architecture is the best answer to solve these problems.

I am very pleased to announce the opening of the call for papers of the 48th ESReDA Seminar to be held in Wroclaw on May 28-29, 2015, on Critical Infrastructure Resilience & Preparedness, I would like to invite you to contribute into the Technical Program Committee of the seminar.
Please, find here, attached, the 1st call for papers and the instructions for the authors.
The event is organised mainly by ESReDA project group on CIP – “Critical Infrastructure-Preparedness and Resilience: Modelling, Simulation and Analysis – Data, CI-PR/MS&A-Data”, with the technical support of the EU projects: CIPRNet and PREDICT.
The seminar is expecting contributions from CIP Experts in different domains. These contributions will, beyond the seminar, guide the Project Group work in: identifying & specifying the exact needs in data necessary to develop robust Models and Simulation methods to describe CIs Preparedness & Resilience. They will equally help in identify as exhaustively as possible the existing databases, their specifications and their use in CIP activities.
The 2-day event of the 48th ESReDA Seminar is a distinguished EU-event gathering the most active CIP experts in order to report and monitor the state-of-art in CI-PR/MS&S.
The accepted papers will appear in an EU-technical document edited and published by JRC-Ispra.
I would like to encourage you to propose a paper on that subject so that you may share the most recent findings and results of your research and technical work with other experts in the field. I would like to invite you, as well, to distribute the announced as largely as possible amongst your collaborators and through your different specialised networks.
